Meet Deena Kittell.

Deena is a marketing and eCommerce executive with more than 15 years of experience building brands and driving growth across luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Combining brand strategy and creative vision with commercial acumen, customer insights, and performance analytics, she leads integrated, omnichannel strategies that strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable business results. Her experience spans global luxury houses, established heritage brands, high-growth direct-to-consumer businesses, small to medium sized businesses, founder-led organizations, CPG companies, and startups.

She holds an MA in Fashion Marketing from Parsons School of Design. Her multidisciplinary background spans buying, editorial, broadcast media, and commerce, informing a holistic approach to brand development, marketing, and business growth. Deena initially began her career in television production, having produced for MTV, BET, Bravo, and CBS.
